Policy
- Check in anytime after 4pm.
- Check out by 10am.
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the house.
- Parking is available on the street free of charge.
Payment Conditions
A non refundable deposit equal to GBP 150 per week is required. Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival. Payments by cash, cheque, bacs.

Check in outwith these times by prior arrangement
Cancellation Conditions
If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
